Why this exists
WolfAI Systems is the engineering practice behind the products. We design and ship AI-native systems — agent workflows, model routers, retrieval stacks, and internal tools — that teams can actually operate in production.
Highlights
- Agent workflows that survive contact with real users
- Model routing across Anthropic, OpenAI, and local inference
- Retrieval stacks, evals, and observability built in from day one
How we engage
WolfAI Systems typically starts with a short scoping sprint (1–2 weeks) to reduce an ambiguous AI ambition into a concrete first slice. From there we ship in 2–4 week increments against a measurable target — response quality, automation coverage, or cost per resolved ticket — and instrument everything so the team can operate it without us.
What we build
Typical deliverables include agent loops (with retries, guardrails, and human-in-the-loop checkpoints), internal chat surfaces on top of a company's data, document extraction pipelines, and custom model routers that mix Claude, GPT, and local models based on task sensitivity and cost.
What we do not do
We do not build demo-ware, chatbots-for-the-sake-of-chatbots, or deep generative art pipelines. If an LLM is not the right tool, we will say so early.
Frequently asked questions
What is WolfAI Systems?
WolfAI Systems is the custom engineering practice of WolfAI. We build production AI systems — agent workflows, chat surfaces, model routers, and internal automations — on Anthropic, OpenAI, and local stacks.
How long does a WolfAI Systems project take?
Most engagements start with a 1–2 week scoping sprint, followed by 2–4 week build increments against a measurable target. The first production slice is usually live within 4–8 weeks.
