Terms of Service

The rules for using wolfai.dev and WolfAI products.

1. Acceptance

These Terms of Service (“Terms”) govern your access to and use of wolfai.dev and any products or services offered by WolfAI (“WolfAI”, “we”, “us”, “our”). By using the site or any of our services, you agree to these Terms. If you do not agree, do not use the service.

2. Who can use WolfAI

You must be at least 13 years old (or the minimum age required in your jurisdiction) to use WolfAI. If you use the service on behalf of a company or other entity, you represent that you have authority to bind that entity to these Terms.

3. The service

WolfAI offers a public chat interface (WolfAI Chat), a usage analytics dashboard (Vibecode), custom AI engineering services (WolfAI Systems), and first-party analytics tooling (WolfAI Analytics). The exact features available can change at any time, and some features are free while others may require a paid agreement.

4. Acceptable use

You agree not to:

  • Use WolfAI for anything illegal or that violates third-party rights.
  • Attempt to interfere with, disrupt, or gain unauthorised access to the service or its infrastructure.
  • Scrape, crawl, or use automated tools to extract data from the service beyond what our robots.txt and public endpoints allow.
  • Use WolfAI to generate content that is defamatory, harassing, hateful, sexually explicit involving minors, or otherwise prohibited by applicable law.
  • Reverse-engineer or circumvent any security controls.
  • Use the service to build a competing product by copying proprietary material.

We may suspend or terminate access for any violation.

5. AI output

WolfAI Chat and related features generate output using third-party AI models. AI output may be inaccurate, incomplete, or inappropriate. You are responsible for reviewing output before relying on it, especially for legal, medical, financial, or safety-critical decisions. We do not guarantee the accuracy, completeness, or fitness for purpose of any AI-generated content.

6. Your content

You retain ownership of any content you submit. You grant us a limited, non-exclusive licence to process and transmit that content as necessary to operate the service (for example, passing a chat message to our AI providers to generate a response). We do not use your content to train AI models.

7. Intellectual property

The WolfAI name, logo, site, and product code are owned by WolfAI and protected by intellectual property laws. Except for the limited right to use the service under these Terms, no rights are granted to you.

8. Disclaimers

THE SERVICE IS PROVIDED “AS IS” AND “AS AVAILABLE” WITHOUT WARRANTIES OF ANY KIND, WHETHER EXPRESS OR IMPLIED, INCLUDING WARRANTIES OF MERCHANTABILITY, FITNESS FOR A PARTICULAR PURPOSE, AND NON-INFRINGEMENT. WE DO NOT WARRANT THAT THE SERVICE WILL BE UNINTERRUPTED, ERROR-FREE, OR SECURE.

9. Limitation of liability

TO THE MAXIMUM EXTENT PERMITTED BY LAW, WOLFAI WILL NOT BE LIABLE FOR ANY INDIRECT, INCIDENTAL, SPECIAL, CONSEQUENTIAL, OR PUNITIVE DAMAGES, OR ANY LOSS OF PROFITS, REVENUES, DATA, OR GOODWILL, ARISING OUT OF OR RELATED TO YOUR USE OF THE SERVICE. OUR TOTAL LIABILITY FOR ANY CLAIM ARISING OUT OF OR RELATED TO THESE TERMS OR THE SERVICE WILL NOT EXCEED ONE HUNDRED US DOLLARS (US $100).

10. Indemnification

You agree to defend, indemnify, and hold harmless WolfAI and its officers, directors, employees, and agents from any claim, damages, loss, liability, and expense (including reasonable attorneys’ fees) arising out of or related to your use of the service, your content, or your violation of these Terms.

11. Termination

You may stop using the service at any time. We may suspend or terminate your access at any time if we believe you have violated these Terms or if we decide to discontinue the service. Sections that by their nature should survive termination (for example, disclaimers, limitations of liability, and intellectual property terms) will continue to apply.

12. Governing law

These Terms are governed by the laws of the State of New Mexico, United States, without regard to conflict-of-laws rules. Any dispute arising out of or related to these Terms or the service will be brought exclusively in the courts located in the State of New Mexico, United States, and you consent to personal jurisdiction there.

13. Changes

We may update these Terms from time to time. When we do, we will update the “Last updated” date at the top. Continued use of the service after changes take effect means you accept the updated Terms.
